Yoga: A Science of Experience.

Traditionally, yoga is primarily a systematized exploration of perception, how it works, how it doesn’t work, why, and what to do about what’s not working. Why? Because our perception determines our experience and our experience strongly influences how we act and who we become.

What Exactly is Meditation?

In the yoga tradition, meditation is the ability to choose a concept or object to contemplate, or relate to, or interact with, and then maintain a continuously, attentive link with whatever we have chosen. Answers the question, ‘but I thought meditation was something like a trance state…
