Student Advisor

After over eleven years of full time teaching and facilitation in the Denver yoga industry it is a joy to bring my expertise to the amazing team here at the Yoga Well Institute.

I work with the team behind the scenes to bring you some of the best programming in this industry while also fostering Yoga Well’s relationships with our community.

Originally from Wyoming I have been fortunate enough to see the world many times over. Currently my husband and I live in a village of fifty people in Northern New Mexico where we work on our 200 year old adobe home, rescue cats, make art, and play in the dirt.

Originally a business consulting professional, my career pathway took me into the Digital Marketing world, where I worked for over 7 years with a wide range of clients from different areas.

My role encompasses the planning and managing of the marketing strategy, as well as advertising and website management.

I grew up and lived most of my life in Brazil and more recently moved to the USA, where I now live in Jackson, Mississippi. Two fun facts about me: I walk my cat on a leash and I was once a musician, I even had a video clip on MTV Brazil for some time.

I have been blessed to have a career in Yoga (teaching, managing a studio, and training teachers) since 2005. I am a certified Yoga Therapist and have studied in the Viniyoga tradition since 2010.

One of my favorite things to do is talk with someone about how Yoga has helped change their life. I would like to hear your story, too! My background allows me to help students get clear on an appropriate next step for their unique Yoga journey. I also discuss our training programs with prospective students. I get to meet a lot of wonderful people!

Music is almost always on in my Colorado home. Baking is one of my love languages. I probably have a cup of tea in my hand at this very moment.

Special Projects Manager

My background stems from marketing, communications, project management, and wellness.

My role on the team is to ensure all current and new projects are running smoothly and completed on time. I’m a Chicago native currently residing in Bloomingdale, Illinois.

In my spare time, you can find me boxing, creating plant medicine blends, reading about spiritual development, or buying office supplies that I don’t need.
