Spirituality in Practice
with Chase Bossart
Yoga is a spiritual path that brings us into relationship with the deepest part of ourselves, and beyond. With regular practice one can unlock the potential for a tangible experience of the divine, not as separate or distant from our daily living, but as intrinsic within our every moment. Within this space, no matter what we are doing, or what we are attending to, it becomes the space within which a direct connection to your higher power may be experienced.
According to Patañjali, our connection to the divine and our own spirituality depends on faith, both the amount and intensity. But faith is so crucial and, yet so fraught!
In this workshop, we’ll explore Yoga’s concepts of faith and spirituality and how our practice creates the pathways to connect with both these concepts and go deeper.
No matter if spirituality is important to you, or difficult, or anything in between, you won’t want to miss this workshop.
Please join Chase Bossart, Founder and Executive Director of The Yoga Well Institute, and explore the power and potential of a yoga practice on your spiritual life. In honor of the Holiday season, this workshop will include a guided practice related to the exploration of spirituality in Yoga.
