Release Agreement and Waiver of Liability

By participating in classes at Yoga Well Institute, Students agree to the following statements:

1. I understand that Yoga Well Institute records all online classes, and that if I do not want my image, voice, or representation to be included in or distributed as part of class recordings, I will turn off my video or audio prior to participating in online classes so that I am not recorded. I further understand that recorded classes may be distributed in whole or in part for marketing, promotional, or in support of other business activities.

2. I am voluntarily participating in Yoga Instruction offered during online classes, during which I may receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Yoga Instruction. I warrant that I am aware of any medical condition that I may have, which may affect my participation, and I agree to fully disclose this information to the Yoga Well Institute and its teachers.

4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in Yoga Instruction, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I or my property might incur as a result of participation in the program.

5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in Yoga Instruction, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the Yoga Well Institute and its teachers and students for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participation in the program.

6. I, my heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Yoga Well Institute or any of its teachers or students for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. 

All participants in the online offerings provided by the Yoga Well Institute have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.  They voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
