Financial Policies

We are committed first and foremost to our students and supporting your journey of evolution. Any focus we place on business or policy is all done from a heart space that desires to be profitable in order to make the Tradition of Viniyoga available to as many students as possible.

These policies apply to all live special events and online classes. Students in Yoga Therapist Training Programs should consult the handbook in their Student Portal for financial policies specific to their program.

Billing Date

For subscription and payment plans, the credit card on file will be automatically charged each month on the same date, beginning on the date you signed up for class. If urgent or unexpected circumstances arise, we can accommodate a postponement within the same calendar month once per year, which will adjust your monthly billing date going forward.

When a Payment is Declined

If a payment is declined, you will be automatically notified via email, which will include the link to our credit card update form so that you can provide an update form of payment. You will receive multiple reminders; if you do not update your card on file within 30 days any classes or payment plans associated with that card will automatically be canceled and your access removed.

Updating your Credit Card on File

If you need to update your credit card on file please use this form. Upon submitting the form: .

  • If you have a past due balance from a declined payment, the total past due amount will be charged.
  • If all payments are current, the system will temporarily authorize a $1.00 charge to validate the payment method; this will be removed from your account within the day.

The new card you enter into this form will now be used for all future installments for existing subscriptions and payment plans; if you prefer to make other arrangements, please email us at [email protected] after submitting the form and let us know how we can help.


Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; upon cancellation, you will have access to the class materials and Ryver room for 14 days. For Yoga for Meditation; you may complete this form and your future payments will be removed. Please note that if you are also subscribed to the Application of Meditation class, your subscription to both will be cancelled. For all other cancellations, please email us at [email protected].

For cancellation requests within 5 business days of your most recent charge, you may request a refund; in this case, your access will be immediately removed

If you change your mind, you may re-register for a subscription class at any time and pick up right where you left off!

Payment Plans enable you to participate in a longer-term course with an affordable payment option; cancellation of a payment plan will mean immediate loss of access to the course materials and Ryver room. There is no way to re-activate your payment plan once you cancel; if you think you may return to class at a later date, please email us and let us know your plans so we can work with you.


For all online classes, Yoga Well offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Whether you’re making monthly payments or opted for a one-time payment in full, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll issue a refund, no problem.

For monthly subscriptions or payment plans after the first 30 days, refunds must be requested within 5 business days of the charge processing.
