Āyurveda and the Spring

The coming of Spring is a time of rich duality. Longer days and more sunshine are often paired with lingering colder weather. Buds blossoming come with muddy messes in the garden. We can feel at once restless to emerge and spend more time out in the world and still be drawn to sit tight in our dens for just a bit longer.

In the tradition of Āyurveda, Spring is a time to start embracing things that are lighter while letting go of what weighs us down. A time to refresh both inside and out.

In order to help encourage balance this time of year we are pleased to offer this two hour workshop with our very own Elizabeth Bossart. In this workshop Elizabeth will share the qualities of Spring in Āyurveda as well as some of the tips and tools anyone can use to make this seasonal transition lighter and more easeful.

As a facilitator Elizabeth is warm and engaging and you are encouraged to bring questions and curiosity.

If you are unable to attend live, the recording of this workshop will be available within 36 hours of its conclusion.

Āyurveda and the Spring will take place on Tuesday, April 11th from 3:30pm-5:30pm PT.  A recording of the workshop will be available in the Student Portal after the live Workshop completes.

“I love teaching about food because it’s every day. It is what we do every day, it’s the choices we make every day. There is some way we can be empowering ourselves by the choices we make.”
