Āyurveda and Digestion

with Elizabeth Cunningham Bossart

It is an often cited phrase here in the west that, “You are what you eat!”

This of course is a good general rule when it comes to the foods and nutrients we consume. Most of us understand that our bodies react differently to different foods and make choices about what we consume based on our prior experiences.

But to really understand the relationship of our bodies to the foods and nutrients we intake we need to take it a step further by turning to Āyurveda, because in Āyurveda you are what you DIGEST!

No matter how clean or healthy you may consider your diet, all that goodness literally goes to waste if your body and system is not able to digest what you eat or drink. It is through the process of digestion that we absorb and process the nutrients and fuel we need in order to thrive!.

Join Elizabeth Cunningham Bossart for Āyurveda and Digestion to learn more about the fascinating digestive process and tips for how to move towards more effective and efficient processing of the foods you eat with practical tips from ancient understanding of one of our bodies most important bodily processes.

A Special Message from Elizabeth:

“I love teaching about food because it’s every day. It is what we do every day, it’s the choices we make every day. There is some way we can be empowering ourselves by the choices we make.”
