Did you know that foods can heal? Are you wondering how your kitchen can help you feel more balanced and nourished? Are you interested in learning about how herbs can restore balance in your body, and in your life?

Āyurveda has an expansive definition of nourishment that includes how we eat, sleep and relate to the world. Living an Āyurvedic life is all about balance, and there are different ways to support balance in our bodies through cooking. Herbs are an excellent, and accessible, option to start integrating Āyurvedic principles into your life.

In this workshop, we will explore practical ways to use kitchen herbs, and discuss how herbs can become a source of healing to help establish better balance in your body. You will learn more about the properties of spices, and how to easily integrate herbs into your daily routines to create lasting and transformational change.

This two hour workshop will take place Thursday, April 7th at 3:00pm PT, and a recording of the workshop will be available in the Student Portal for 90 days after the live Workshop completes.

“I love teaching about food because it’s every day. It is what we do every day, it’s the choices we make every day. There is some way we can be empowering ourselves by the choices we make.”
