15 MINUTE BREATHING & MEDITATION
Find Inner Balance
Short, simple and accessible, yet powerful, breathing and meditation practices that explore a broad range of techniques and focuses.
Each month a different breathing technique and a new meditation focus is chosen and then developed in the practices over the course of the month. After the last practice of the month, we meet for 40-60 minutes to discuss the design and intent of that month’s practices as well as share experiences.
Over time, this class is a fantastic way to get acquainted with a broad range of prāṇāyāma and meditation techniques and to deepen your experience of these important Yoga practices.
The live class takes place Thursdays at 9:30am PT / 12:30pm ET. Recordings of all 15 Minute Breathing & Meditation classes from the previous 12 months are available on demand through the Student Portal.

A meditation class that I took with Chase literally changed my life.
This is great! A meditation class that I took with Chase last summer literally changed my life. It empowered me to make a decision that I had not been able to make and could not have made until I was in the proper state.
