By using the tools of yoga, gentle āsana & prāṇāyama, you will learn the steps for a deeper meditation. This practice will guide you towards inner calm & deeper focus. With focus, you are able to bring yourself back to balance. As you continue this work, you are able to maintain a more positive state of wellbeing.
Each month we focus our morning meditation on a new object. Different objects, the sun, moon, tigers, trees, bring different aspects to the meditation. Results vary with each meditation, based on your personal experience. This weekly practice allows you to learn more about meditation practices & how they work with you.
Twice a month, review the blueprint for the last two morning meditations. Understand the purpose for selected āsanas & prāṇāyama. Discuss how to adjust these tools for different experiences. Share the significance of the month's object & see how personal experience effects the outcome of each meditation.

As a personal student of Mr. TKV Desikachar for over 20 yrs, Chase has devoted his life to living & teaching therapeutic yoga in the Krishnamacharya Tradition. Founder of Yoga Well Institute & Co-Founder of Yoga As Therapy, North America, Chase trains yoga teachers, therapists & health practitioners in the full application of yoga in a way that is easy to integrate into daily life.
Once you register, you will receive access to our online community. You will receive an email welcoming you to the community with instructions for accessing the online tools. Here you will be able to connect with other students practicing the same courses, retrieve your class invitations & access the recorded classes via your personal portal.
Every week (live on Wednesday Mornings), you will participate in a 30 minute weekly meditation. Every 2 weeks (typically the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month), there will be a 1 hour Meditation Course Planning session that starts approximately 15 minutes after the morning meditation has concluded.
24 hours before class time, you will receive a reminder email with a link to the invite on your online portal. After the 2nd meditation has been completed, Chase will upload the handout for the Course Planning. Within 24 hours of the class completing, the recording handout will be accessible on your online portal.
If you register after the first class of the month you will immediately receive access to the classes that have already passed.
In order to create change within, you must commit to regular practice. To encourage this regular practice, we offer a discounted rate for all of our classes if you commit to staying engaged. We have a hassle-free cancelation policy to allow for life to happen. If you ever need to cancel your subscription, just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will take care of you.
This monthly payment covers a full month's classes, Morning Meditations: Wednesdays at 7am PST (10am EST) & Meditation Course Planning: Wednesdays, April 12th and 26th at 7:45am PST (10:45am EST).
If you register halfway through the month, you will automatically receive the meditations from the beginning of the month.
