In Embodying Āyurveda, your teacher will apply Āyurvedic principles to help guide you to a lighter, more resilient path to establish an abundance of energy, wellness, & joy in your life again!

Prerequisites

This is a deeper dive into the world of Āyurveda designed to help you integrate Āyurveda into your life. It would be best taken with some previous knowledge, exposure, or experience (like understanding of the 5 elements and 3 doshas).

Begins: January 9th, 2020
Date/Time: Thursday at 12:00pm PT for 1 hour & 30 minutes
Duration: 8 months

Location: Zoom (free online video conference), which allows you to take classes wherever you are in the world. Classes will also be recorded and made available for replay via your Student Portal.

Elizabeth Bossart is a well-seasoned Practitioner of Āyurveda. She holds a Masters in Āyurveda and is a Certified Āyurvedic Practitioner from the Mt. Madonna Institute College of Āyurveda.

Last winter, she returned from completing a 5-week Āyurvedic internship in India and is eager to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with you. Join her to study Āyurveda, the Science of Life and its applicability to your everyday joy, health, and well-being.
