Accessible Āyurveda

Practical Tools for Thriving

Āyurveda is a holistic medical science from India with enormous breadth and depth. Āyurveda possesses rich teachings on almost every aspect of one’s life, including diet, sleep, lifestyle and every sort of daily habit. It can be viewed as an instruction manual for recovering health and maintaining wellness in every aspect of being: physical, mental and emotional.

Āyurveda offers each individual solutions that take into account each individual’s unique constitution as well as their current state. It is an extremely adaptable living and breathing science for health and wellness.

Because of the wealth of richness, implementing Āyurveda into one’s life can feel overwhelming. Understanding which foods to eat and which to avoid, the degree of importance of the different lifestyle guidelines, and knowing how to effectively implement them in a sustainable way can prove difficult.

The goal of Accessible Āyurveda is to help you establish Āyurveda in your life routines in an easy and digestible way. Through the class, Elizabeth helps you to integrate Āyurveda into your daily routines. This class will help you to establish Āyurvedic principles in practical, easy ways. And because it uses easily accessible tools and ingredients most of us already have on hand, each time you eat, cook, or do anything in your daily life can be a step towards creating balance and joy.

This 9 month program is designed to empower you to establish the life you want, through gradual, easy-to-implement shifts in your daily practices. There is no push to quick fixes in Accessible Āyurveda, rather, you are encouraged to explore your own comfort zone while learning and implementing gradual changes, with the regular support of an experienced teacher and your fellow cohort members.

Over the course of this program you will learn about  Āyurveda and agni (digestion), āhāra (properties and principles of food), cooking, and much more! Regular check-ins allow you to ask questions (about yourself, your family and your clients) and gain clarity as well as learn from others through shared experience.

Accessible Āyurveda is more than just a learning opportunity. By joining this class you will be joining a community where you are supported in self reflection while instilling lifelong practices that aid in a more fulfilling life. In fact, many Accessible Āyurveda students have taken these offerings with Elizabeth multiple times as they continue to grow in their own lives through these teachings.

We believe sustainable change is best implemented in small, digestible steps that become routine through self exploration and community. Join us and discover Āyurveda’s amazing power!
