Bhagavad Gita

The Bhagavad Gita guides you through the process of difficult decision making. Intimately study what helps Arjuna survive through this agonizing journey. This ancient text will guide you on how to find lasting contentment even with the most challenging life decisions. You will uncover, connect with & awaken your most essential self.

What you will learn

Each chapter of the Bhagavad Gita will take us deeper into identifying our true inner voice. This study will reflect into actual events within our modern lives. Through this practice, you will clearly see what are your current situations vs. your past. With each class, we will understand our most authentic action(s) to take. Continued practice will strengthen our decision-making from internal knowing, not our external fears.

What people are saying

"It definitely helps recognize that the result can be a mismatch with our expectation, & so we reduce our expectation. My personal experience is that when I reduce/give-up my expectations, my desire to act with full commitment reduces as well. Its a package deal. I feel a sense of calmness in the mind, but my desire to act reduces as well & so I end up not acting with complete commitment. I personally feel that desire is a fundamental aspect of life; without desire there is no life, & we always act because we are motivated by the end-result..."

"I am finding, all too often, that the less I act, the more life unfolds gratefully/gracefully. My hope is that the actions become those necessary (for the situation, individual, or myself). This may be my desire." ~ Andy

How it works

The Bhagavad Gita is 18 Chapters. We anticipate spending a full month on each chapter. Some chapters may not take as long, while others may extend into multiple months. The objective is to integrate these lessons into your daily life, ultimately letting your experience control the pace of program.

Once you register, you will receive access to our online community. You will receive an email welcoming you to the community with instructions for accessing the online tools. Here you will be able to connect with other students practicing the same courses, retrieve your class invitations & access the recorded classes via your personal portal.

Every week (live on Thursday evenings), you ar invited to participate in our live 1 hour interactive class. The class will begin with discussion on everyone's experience from the last week. Then the next part of the lesson will be revealed, to conclude with additional discussion. These interactive classes rely heavily on interaction between the class participants. So often, additional knowledge is discovered through this interaction! If you are uncomfortable participating live, you are always welcome to pass. These conversations often flow over into our online community as well.

24 hours before class time, you will receive a reminder email with a link to the invite on your online portal. Within 24 hours of the class completing, the recording handout will be accessible on your online portal.

If you register after the first class of the month you will immediately receive access to the classes that have already passed.
