CLASSES

$12 drop- in fee or $49 per month

Yoga for the Young at Heart -  Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm A class that will touch your spirit through nurturing, gentle yoga postures.

Yoga Therapy  - Thursdays 5:30-7:00 pm 

Various Styles of Hatha -  Fridays 6:00 -7:00 pmEach Friday an advanced student teacher instructs a class/workout in the style of their choice (vinyasa, shivananda, restorative, classic, etc.)  $10. drop-in

YTT Foundation Class - Fridays 7:15 - 9:15 p.m. (YTT's only) This is a well rounded class designed to focus on techniques, philosophy, meditation, anatomy, and adjustments. Each class follows both the structure of the text book and the flow generated by the students.

WORKSHOPS ARE GENERALLY HELD THE LAST SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH. 


Adjusting by the Book
Feb. 23rd 1-4pm $55. if paid by Feb.16th, $65. afterwards (YTT;s get 10% discount)

Intro to Sanskrit
March 1st, Saturday 1-4pm $55. early registration by Feb.29th. $65. after (YTT get 10% discount).

Yoga Anatomy
March 22nd, Saturday 1-4pm $55. early registration by March 1th
$65. after . YTT discount applies.

Kids Yoga Teaching & Therapy
A comprehensive training to teach children's yoga. You will learn how to work with public school children, at risk kids, physically challenged youth...and much more.
This is a 54 hours certification program. Workshop meetings start Saturday April 5th, 12noon-4pm and are held every other Saturday through June for a total of 6 Saturdays. Other hours of internship TBA.
The cost is $480. if paid on or before March 17th. Afterwards the price is $515.

Meditation
April 26th Saturday 1-4pm $55. early registration by April 19th $65. after (YTT’s get 10% discount).

Mudras; Mystery & Medicine Unveiled.
May 10th, 1-4pm. Learn and practice profound prayer through mudras and the traditions they are express. From simple hand gestures to dancing you'll experience the symbolic and physical benefits of mudras. A fun, and informative workshop.
$55. if paid by May 3rd. $65. afterwards. YTT discount of 10%.

Intro Thai Yoga Massage Therapy
June 28th, 1-4pm $55. if paid by June 21st. $65. afterwards. YTT discounts apply.
