Although we limit access to participants enrolled in our classes, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. The information you provide is stored in our CRM (Ontraport) and the form software Typeform or WPForms. We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • To present our Website and its contents to you.
  • To provide you with information, products, newsletters, or services that you request from us. This includes sending bi-monthly newsletters that may include: blog articles, information about offerings, and more.
  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
  • To create “lookalike” audiences for advertising 
  • To provide you with notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
  • To notify you about changes to our Website or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Website.
  • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
  • For any other purpose with your consent.
  • We may also use your information to market current and future offerings that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please use the Unsubscribe links at the bottom of e-mails you receive from us, or contact us via the e-mail or phone number posted on this website. Alternatively, some correspondence will give you the opportunity to opt out of that campaign, but remain on our mailing list for more suitable communications.
  • Participants in our online classes should be aware that video recordings from our classes may be shared with the public on social media for publicity purposes. This use is covered by our Publicity Waiver and Release agreement with class participants.

We do not rent or sell information for marketing purposes and we will never share or sell personal information of our users with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
