Anne Joseph, CMT, E-RYT
Program Director, Yoga Therapy Specialst
Anne, a Yoga and Massage Therapist has practiced Hatha Yoga for over 15 years. She has studied under three different students of BKS Iyengar and taught private and group yoga classes in such varied settings as Sharp Hospital Health and Fitness Center, Purefitness/Bonita Athletic Club, Park Bl, and now YogaWell.

Barbara Lyons RYT
Barbara has been a dedicated Yoga practitioner for over 27 years primarily in the classic Iyengar method. She is a member of the Iyengar Association of Southern California and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. In addition, she has lived and travelled with two living masters and is adept in leading meditation practices, including Vipassana. For the past 5 years, Barbara has had the privilege of teaching yoga to wounded warriors from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan at the Naval Medical Center San Diego

Kirti Srivastava
Philosophy, Mythology, and Spirituality
Kiriti has been studying dance for over 20 years, has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching children for 7 years. She currently works with the King Chavez Charter Academies where she integrates yoga and dance into the classrooms' academic curriculum.

Linda Morreal, RYT
Ashtanga Yoga
Linda has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. After a running injury, Linda used yoga, instead of surgery, to heal and has been convinced of yoga’s many benefits ever since. Earning her 200-hour certification from YogaWell in October of 2008, Linda teaches bi-weekly Vinyasa classes at the Ray and Joan Kroc Recreational Center. Linda uses her love of and training in Ashtanga Yoga to create a fast-paced, heat-producing, flow class that challenges her students and keeps them coming back for more.

Nirvair Khalsa, RYT
Kundalini Yoga
A student of Master Yogi Bhajan, Nirvair has been training in the Yogic, Tantric and Healing Arts traditions since 1977. He is a Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher.
Nirvair founded Soul-Wisdom Healing to help people release past pain, transform, and experience the power and beauty of their Soul.
Lara Eisenberg E-RYT
Yoga Therapist
Lara holds certifications in Meditation, YogaEd, Radiant Child and Synergy Yoga. Lara specializes in treating addiction, trauma, and stress. She is currently completing her 1000 hr training in yoga therapy with an emphasis on depression and anxiety. Lara's knowledge and respect for ancient philosophy has led her to help others in both a spiritual and physical way.

Lura Wood, RYT
Chair & Yin Yoga
Lura began her study of Yoga and yogic thinking at age 13 and taught her first class at 19! She later opened her own studio which also offered Nia, Feldenkris and therapeutic massage. Lura presently teaches Chair-Style Yoga and Yin Yoga and also instructs in both disciplines. In addition to other yoga training, Lura earned her 500 hour RYT certification from Yogawell and is a Nia Blue Belt and a Reike master.
Shelby Lafrinere E-RYT
Shelby Lafrinere is a registered yoga teacher, activist, and retired
professional dancer. Practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2005, she has used yoga's wisdom to overcome and manage drug and alcohol addiction, anxiety and heal a major spinal injury. She shares the teachings of Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa, Viniyoga, Yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, contact improv, modern, and hip hop dance forms; weaving creative sequences with a focus on healthy alignment and breathing. Also a certified Associate Polarity Practitioner, she is known for intelligent and effective hands-on
adjustments. Her classes are thoughtful and imaginative, challenging yet soothing.
