Biker Yoga

Remember "Zen & the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" ? Well motorcycle yoga or "BikerYoga" is even more practical as it the way for you to keep your flesh as fresh and willing as your spirit when you ride. Often riders find their minds wander and or their free spirits imprisoned by a stiff and tired body after a number of miles (or god forbid accidents). Hatha Yoga is the art & therapy of practicing postures to keep the body or get it back in optimum health so you can have more bliss more easily. So, spin your wheels more happily and easily by spinning your chakras --stretch and strengthen your physique as well as your soul; then you can save your back, neck & shoulders, and your saddle won't be sore !
There is a Yahoo Biker Yoga group you can join. On this groups site you can see a copy of the article K. Lee wrote on Biker Yoga for Biker Ally magazine (published last September)
.
K. Lee recently set up a Biker Yoga spot for motorcycle and yoga friends on MySpace.com that includes a few blogs (some with related video clips), a mini slideshow, and a map you can see where people have loged in from..
