Elizabeth is an Ayurveda foodie, aficionado & practitioner. A Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Elizabeth holds clinical Ayurveda practices based in the Bay area. She also leads Ayurveda classes, workshops & retreats around the country, sharing the wisdom of Ayurveda’s self-nourishment. 

Elizabeth is a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She also has a Yoga background in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya from studies at Healing Yoga Foundation.

Each class comes with a detailed lesson guide. This guide will help you apply the lesson in your personal life.
